Damon A. Kirin is a cum laude graduate of the Tulane Law School (1996) and is licensed to practice law in both Louisiana and Texas. Mr. Kirin graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1993. He has authored several comments for the Louisiana Bar Journal involving environmental insurance or environmental property law.
Robert J. Diliberto was born in New Orleans and is a lifelong resident of Louisiana. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge before obtaining a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School of New Orleans in 1996. Mr. Dilibertoís law practice is focused on both commercial and residential real estate transaction and construction litigation. Mr. Diliberto is also licensed to practice law in both Louisiana and Texas.
As title attorneys and closing agents for Actual Title, Mr. Kirin and Mr. Diliberto act as the title examiners and closing agents in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Actual Title is currently involved in governmental title review projects for the United States Army Corp of Engineers. Also, Actual Title has conducted title examinations for First American Title Insurance Company in connection with Louisiana’s Road Home Program and has closed United States Small Business Administration (SBA) loans at a discounted rate for Hurricane Katrina victims.
